"We are an Intimate Spiritual Fellowship and welcome all in committed Christian service to the Lord, the community, and each other. Our Mission is to provide a safe and healing place to love and worship God so that members can receive spiritual nourishment and demonstrate God's love through service, support and commitment to others."

Session is responsible for the mission and government of the individual church. It is composed of the Pastoral staff and the elected elders. All have an equal vote. Session members provide leadership to the congregation through example, receive new members, determine the annual budget, provide for the worship of God, manage the physical property (through the Board of Trustees), maintain communication (via the Clerk) with the higher governing bodies of the PC(USA) and supervise the personnel of the church (ordained and not ordained). The Pastoral staff is called and voted on by the congregation, they are not assigned or rotated around by the Presbytery or any higher government.

The Clerk of Session's duties are to record and keep a record of the meetings of Session, keep accurate counts of church attendance and membership rolls, and provide that information (when requested) to the higher offices of the church. Within our church, the Clerk also serves as a secondary communications point for people or groups to contact the church. The Clerk is the contact point for all things not directly related to Pastoral matters.
